New Employee Recruitment & Event Design
This recruitment campaign design was conceived to resonate with the excitement of recent college graduates embarking on their professional journeys, while simultaneously projecting the bright and diligent image that HR departments seek in new talent.
Inspired by the concept of a new beginning, the design utilizes interior blueprints as a central motif to visually represent the opening of a new chapter in one's career.
In particular, the emphasized 'open door' within the blueprint serves as the key visual highlight, conveying a warm "Welcome" to all incoming employees and embodying the company’s sincere support for their bold new start.
